I, too, have had an unpleasant experience with GSV. My Daisy had a degenerative disc operation by them when she was about 3 years old. They said it was my only solution. Well, after the surgery, and till the present, she has had an involuntary evacuation system. She goes at will wherever and whenever she has to. When I mentioned this to the Surgeon, her reply was "well, was she housebroken before the surgery" and My reply was, "of course". My solution has been laminate flooring for easy pick-up and to just live with it. Daisy is now 8 years old and the love of my life.
