The staff at MT Laurel Veterinary Hospital is the EPITOME of what a kind caring staff should be!! Every single staff member we came into contact with was phenomenal!!
The staff of MT Laurel Vet Hospital is incredible! My son and I had to take our Shadow (cat) there on Tuesday night. Sadly, it was the end of her long (19 year ) life, and it was very, very hard for us. The staff carefully and lovingly placed warm water bottles under her, and towels and blankets (straight out of the dryer) around her, so that she would be as warm, comfortable, and peaceful as possible through the last minutes of her life. They gently spoke to her and stroked her as they took care of her needs up to the very last moment. They treated us with warmth, compassion and kindness. Along with telling everyone to not even THINK of going anywhere else for a vet, I would also like to give our thanks and love to the staff there...
As far as their conscience and morals??? They can't be beat here either!! In the beginning of the procedure when they took her back to prepare her for that last injection, they came in to take care of financial matters, which was fine. The doctor came in a few moments later to tell me that Shadow had passed away on the table as they were preparing her, and stroking her, and cleaning her up, to make her comfortable before her euthanasia injection... After the doctor had let us spend a good amount of time saying goodbye to her, she came in and told us that they had credited our debit card for the Dr's visit and the euthanasia shot, since they didn't need to administer it afterall. The only thing left on the card was the charge for cremation, which was under $25.00. She then gave my arm a squeeze and told my son and I that since we were at a 24 hr clinic we could stay as long as we wanted, and if we wanted or needed anything, especially hugs, she and the staff were available. The whole staff was phenomenal...This was such a hard night for us...they made it bearable due to their love and compassion!!

Thanks for your time spent in reading this! It was really hard to write this because I just keep tearing up...but I have many wonderful memories of her...and I know that she is in God's hands now. It also makes it easier if I can direct other pet's families to this great hospital because then I will know that more people took their pets there and put them in loving , competent hands and hearts!!
